FEE DISCLOSURE:

All campers that plan to stay at Boise RV Travel Park over the age of 18 years old with a monthly or daily reservation past 14 days are required to complete an application/ background check. The application fee is $55.00 The application fee is non-refundable. This application fee will not be refunded if the applicant cancels the reservation or the reservation is terminated by management due to a policy violation.

BOISE RV TRAVEL PARK'S REQUIRED SCREENING CRITERIA:

Monthly reservations are required to fill out an application or any daily reservations that surpass 14 nights. Anyone over the age of 18 is required to apply and be screened to stay at Boise Rv Travel Park after 14 nights.

The applicant meets the following screening criteria:

- Clean/ No criminal history - Any person convicted of a Class A or B misdemeanor, or Felonies.

- Credit score of 600 or higher, Applicant may be denied for accounts in collections.

- Income criteria required to show proof of income of at least 2x the monthly rent (verification includes 30 days' worth of paystubs, a job offer letter that is validated by a manager, tax documents)

- No Smoking Allowed/No Smoking on The Property

- Pet Policy: Dogs allowed (up to 2) sorry no cats, or other animals allowed. Please review the reservation agreement regarding Pet Policy (This applies for daily & monthly reservations. A nonrefundable pet fee of $40.00 is required per pet.

I, (the Guest) declare that the info I've provided from the submitted application is accurate & complete. I, (the Guest) declare I have reviewed and fully understand the required screening criteria to have my application/background screening approved to reserve a site for over 14 days with Boise RV Travel Park.

I understand that any infromation determined to be intentionally false or omitted will be grounds for disapporval of my application or termination of the reserveration without a refund

I, (the Guest) declare I have reviewed the terms and conditions stated above from the third party Fidelis Asset Managment LLC DBA Rent Prep to have my background screening completed. I understand a soft credit check will be done, income verfication, rental history check, and a criminal check will be completed during this application background screening assesment.

I, the Guest declare I have reviewed and agree to follow and abide by Boise Rv Travel Park's Park Rules & Policy Reservation Agreement set forth by the managment of Boise RV Travel Park. I (the Guest) understand that by checking this box and submitting this form this is a legal binding agreement to abide and follow the Park Rules & Policy Reservation Agreement during my stay at the park.

I, the Guest understand at anytime Boise Travel RV Park's management reserves the right to terminate the reservation due violating the Park Rules & Policy Reservation Agreement. I understand I, (the Guest) will be required to forfeit my reservation deposit or payment made towards the reservation/booking.

I understand and agree that this application does not guarantee that I will be offered a reservation over 14 days, and I authorize the owner to verify the information provided.

I Agree to pay the application fee of $55.00. I have read the terms and conditions document and understand the application fee is nonrefundable after I have signed this agreement even. I understand by signing below even If I am denied based on my background/application screening results and/or choose ot cancel the reservation at any time, the application fee will not be refunded.
