I, the Guest declare I have clicked the link above and reviewed and agree to follow and abide by Boise Rv Travel Park's Park Rules & Policy Reservation Agreement set forth by the managment of Boise RV Travel Park. I (the Guest) understand that by checking this box and submitting this form this is a legal binding agreement to abide and follow the Park Rules & Policy Reservation Agreement during my stay at the park.

I, the Guest understand at anytime Boise Travel RV Park's management reserves the right to terminate the reservation due violating the Park Rules & Policy Reservation Agreement. I understand I, (the Guest) will be required to forfeit my reservation deposit or payment made towards the reservation/booking.

PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION ONCE STEPPING OUT OF YOUR RV ONTO THE PROPERTY- The Land owner herby disclaims any and all liabilities for injuries sustained upon these premises as a result of risks or dangers associated with winter conditions and weather conditions, you are assuming the risk and/or dangers associated with winter conditions (i.e slips or falls on ice or water) By entering upon these premises

WARNING UNDER CONSTRUCTION- I, the Guest understand I need to roceed with extreme caution when entering the property and when walking to the clubhouse or throughout the RV park during this time. I as the Guest am assuming the risk and/or liability/dangers associated with construction goin on as this property is only in the first phase of construction and has three phases of construction before it's considered complete. I understand any guest or visiting guest entering the property at 7801 W, Lemhi St. Boise Id 83709 The land owner's herby disclaims any and all liabilities for injuries sustained upon these premises as a result of risks or dangers associated with the stay while at this address while the RV park is still under construction.
